It was blowing dogs off chains but that didn't deter the Macleay archers last
weekend. While the wind played havoc on the practice butts, it was a little
kinder out on the range. A new sight for Nic had him posting a personal best,
beating his previous 2012 result by over a hundred points, and that was without
having had the time to set it up correctly. What will he manage next week?
Perhaps he will beat his Dad - it was a close thing on Saturday and they ended
up tying. Our two newest visitors, Shannon and Jake, came out again despite the
weather, so they are obviously keen to get into archery.
