Well I am having a bit of trouble working out if I'm just easy to please or is the club just a super club to belong to. Saturday came around as it usually does, so off toTamban was the order of the day. The dog was in her kennel, bows were loaded, gear checked and off we went. About an hour later we arrived at the destination of our choice. We sat around for about an hour just chin wagging then started the BBQ where I incinerated a few hapless sausages, which most chomped through with a little effort, heck I had 3 so they couldn't be that bad. The vegetarians in the group applaud their choice every time they see me at the BBQ. There is nothing quite like the aroma of burning sausages and tortured onions to tempt the taste buds. Then shoot groups were drawn up and Cup cake, Coins Alastair & Cola Karen were the lucky winners of more time with me. Finally all was ready and of we trotted to the Goanna Range to see what surprises Fingers had in store for us today. 5 targets later I decided it was time for beddy-bies, but not before motivating my group to outstanding results. All in all I just have the best time. The good natured banter, willing help and genuine friendship all make Saturday at MVA a fantastic experience. Shooting arrows just adds to the enjoyment.
Scores:- Coins Alastair a whopping 394, Martin Mcfly 388, BP Glenn 378, Cola Karen & Grandad Cec 376, Cup cake Gloria 366, Scribe Neil 362, Mad Max Stuart 348, Chris 340, Home Brew Garry 338, Finger Ray 328, Old Yellow Peg & BC Liam PB 310, Leach bait Bruce 290, Tea bag DNF
